      Hello!
To get my job, I had to convince the company that I could make them money – it’s really as simple as that.
Companies exist to make money – but to do that they have to make something or provide some sort of service – and they have to pay people to actually make that thing (or do that service) – or if the things are made by machines they need people to design and make and run the machines….

So I went to an interview, but before I did I researched all about the company and I had ideas how I might help them improve their products, or I talked about how I had solved the problems they have before in my previous job…. a job interview is about negotiating a mutually beneficial deal… you have to convince them you can make them money and they have to convince you that you will have fun and be well paid!

      Easy!
      Cheers,
      Jarrod
